As a Porsche Certified Service Consultant with almost 7 years of automotive industry experience under my belt, currently working at Porsche Downtown Chicago, I thrive on building relationships with my clients. I’m the guy who remembers details, even if I haven't personally worked on your car. For me, it's about trust and loyalty. I speak fluent Spanish, which helps me connect with a diverse clientele. I'm a Lincoln Tech grad and I'm from Chicago, born and raised. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and trying new things. I played soccer, football, and baseball growing up. Now, it's more about video games, listening to music, and exploring Chicago's food scene. I get a real sense of satisfaction from helping people, whether it's a client or my team. Being a team player is important to me. I always offer a helping hand, both at the dealership and in my personal life. I have a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

Had some shifting issues with my Macan. Scheduled an appointment with Eric P. A great service advisor who listened to all of my issues and explained it well to Jerry, the technician who worked on my car who also did a phenomenal job. The car definitely feels and drives like new again. The overall experience and value was above and beyond anything I expected. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
